We're about to get disqualified on what should have been a slam-dunk case due to Liner Legal’s negligence. For months, SSI requested information, but Liner Legal failed to provide it on time—even though we’d submitted it to them well in advance. We had almost no communication over the last six months..., and what little there was was unhelpful and rushed. The paralegal Savanah even tried to take advantage of my fiancée disability & memory issues by claiming she had attempted communication, but had no call logs or emails or voicemuals left to us. When we consulted with other law firms, they were shocked by how poorly this case has been handled and even offered us guidance to continue without Liner Legal. It feels like they're just waiting to collect a payout without putting in the work. If nothing is conpleted by the law firm, we have already found another attorney to complete the filing of an official grievance to hold them accountable and to take over the case for trial post disqualification. But this is our life, my fiancé has not been able to work in a year due to his disability and we cannot wait another two years for a trial due to Liner Legal’s negligence.

I've been applying for disability since 2003 always turned down I kept loosing jobs because of my disability I got referred to a well known attorney in mentor ohio and he promised me he would get it well after 2 years no finally I was given the name of liner legal I I didn't have high hopes as usual ...and was really waiting on another decline but Amy Rachel Ryan and especially Michael gave me hope called me every month or e-mailed anything I didn't understand which a lot they took the time and talked to me I really appreciate and have trust in them wish I would have known them 18 years ago to this day Liner still calls to check on me Bless you all for your help and extremely hard work during a pandemic

I lost my first disability case needed to go to federal court liner told me he could handle everything however he has a associate in Pennsylvania that handles federal cases due to a problem with A.G of Ohio they did not file my case making me lose 34 yrs of benifits I talked to liner office at least ...once a month and was told everything still pending in federal court my wife was dying at this time I reapidly asked if everything was fine only to find out when I did get approved at 2nd hearing my federal case was not filed by Osterhouts legal in Pennsylvania seek concil elsewhere would be my advice I lost a lot of benifits due to these two legal teams.
