Linda handled my dissolution. We discussed settlement strategies and how to negotiate a settlement. Her fees were reasonable. She was not the cheapest attorney that I met with, but we were able to reach an agreement and the paperwork was prepared correctly, so in the end the fees were reasonable a...nd the results were great. Cheapest is not always the best. I totally recommend this attorney

Wouldn’t give them a dollar. There rates are outrageous there communication is an absolutely ridiculous and Linda will hide and hide. I’ve left multiple messages and she won’t call back. Let me start with they want to charge me over $11,000 for PAPER PUSHING! I had to contact them after I paid there ...$3,000.00 retainer to get them to even start the process. Then we ran into another speed bump with the case had to do another case go there for the consultation that they said was free but then they showed up to court Tammy. The lawyer they had representing us, didn’t do anything in court. Her husband, Rod, Lawrence didn’t do anything in court either. Since when is it the job of the attorney to call the defendant to tell them that they have court and you want to charge me $75 for a phone call they want to charge me all this money for paper pushing do yourself a favor and research a little more on Google don’t just go off of this website because Google shows their true colors.

I hired Linda and her team to handle what turned out to be a simple child custody case that only required them to fill out paperwork which was ultimately accepted by the judge without a hearing, as the other party did not contest. Throughout the whole process, Linda was nearly impossible to reach. Mu...ltiple calls went unanswered, and emails also were not answered in a timely fashion. When the final results were available from the court, Linda did not notify me that the results were back, I actually saw the paperwork that was sent to my ex, and then had to contact Linda multiple times over several weeks to obtain the final paperwork from them. This case was completed middle of October 2022, and here we are in February 2023 and I still have not received a final bill, or any retainer that is owed back to me, if any. In fact, I haven't received a single bill throughout this whole process yet. I have tried emailing, calling, and the last I heard in December, they said they would send me a bill with the next billing cycle, but I still heard back from them. I tried emailing them a few days ago, and still have not heard back. Although they did an adequate job with the case itself, their lack of communication, lack of timely billing, and withholding of my retainer for the last 3 months shows they are very unprofessional, and I do not recommend that anyone hire this lawyer.
