As Coffman’s Realty was representing an out of state owner on the sale of Real Estate, the title company brought to our attention the papers that were filed on behalf of the seller in their state were not valid in the state of Kentucky. He was totally straight forward about what he could and could not do, he offered me two or three solutions short of a suit, and followed-up to see if my needs were met. Dave has written power of attorneys, and done other day to day legal... work for me. I am always very happy with the results. While I hope I never need Dave for personal injury case, he would be the one lawyer I would trust.
