I contacted the law firm after a recommendation from Irene Parker, a writer who covers timeshares. Mr Finn promptly returned my call and was upfront about everything. While expressing high confidence in his ability to resolve my problem, he also informed me of all possible outcomes and never tried ...to "sell" me. After the initial contact and payment, I dealt primarily with the firm's staff, in particular Dain Page and Joel Osborne. They were professional, helpful and responsive. Ultimately my timeshare interests were resolved in just under five months from initial contact to the timeshare being deeded back to the resort and recorded with the county. I am now free of that terrible situation that seemed to get worse every year. More importantly, my children will not have to deal with it after I "check out". We contacted Mr. Finn’s office to discuss surrendering our timeshare. Tammy T took our call and provided a sensible solution which did not involve using their firm, unless her suggested solution did not work for us. Fortunately for us, it did, saving paying 3 or 4 times as much as we paid using her... suggested option.

I interviewed and talked with 3 different law firms about getting out of my timeshare contract. The initial phone consultation was incredibly helpful giving me a good over view of what to expect and cost and all of that. When deciding they were responsive to me but not pushy to hire them (which was m...y experience with another firm I interviewed). They were not the cheapest option but I felt good going into it. I am very happy with my choice to hire them. Throughout the case my file got transferred to a couple of different people so sometimes it was hard to track who I should e-mail if I had a question, but they were always good about updating me when they had new information or my file was transferred. The case is FINALLY resolved after over a year and a half, which was longer than initially expected but the matter was not urgent. I would definitely recommend.
