Auto Accident - Truly helped a senior citizen

Mark and his capable team represented me in an automobile accident. He obtained a very favorable settlement even though I have serious pre-existing medical issues. Once we had the favorable settlement, Medicare claimed more than they were entitled to receive. Mark battled Medicare through multiple... appeals and finally Medicare agreed that they were not entitled to ANY portion of the settlement proceeds. Thanks Mark for all of your hard work on behalf of a senior citizen who truly NEEDED this money in a difficult economic time for senior citizens.

Legal assistance following an auto accident

Excellent Family Law Attorney

Mark and his paralegal Amber did a great job for me in getting a divorce settled efficiently and fairly. They kept on track and kept things moving smoothly for me. My priorities were taken care of and I am very pleased.

A GAME CHANGER!

Mr Sessums is incredible! I hired him after I let another attorney go. His office only had a week to prepare . They met me after hours, kept me informed, sent me questions that they were going to ask, did all the research and went to trial totally prepared. Me Sessums dealt with me himself, no replac...ements. His level of expertise was impressive. The entire office was very responsive and courteous . I felt like they really cared about the outcome, it was nice having an entire team on my side

Excellent Representation!!!

Prior to hiring Mark, I asked many around me who they recommended. The name that kept coming up in the conversations was Mark Sessums. I would ask them, "Why Mark?" They told me that he was one of the best in the area. The funny thing is that a couple people that I asked referred Mark over their own ...divorce attorney they had used or were currently using. It became clear to me on the day of mediation that I brought a gun to a knife battle. Mark came to the mediation prepared and knew the details of my case by memory. I recall the ex's attorney coming into the room to dispute a portion of the proposed settlement agreement and Mark clearly took charge of the conversation, stated case law, and disproved the other attorney's argument. It was clear to me by the end of the meeting that he was worth every cent. If you are looking for the least expensive attorney in the area, go elsewhere. I have always believed that "you get what you pay for." I was willing to pay extra to get the best.
