Family Law - Alimony

I just can not express my opinions enough of this Law Firm. I have been involved in a very long litigation (9 months) over Alimony. Mr. Sessums and his entire staff (Pam Roberts, Denise Smith, Mark Rocha) have always been there for me. There were times that I was so discouraged but Mr. Sessums was th...ere to keep me going. Mr. Sessums is simply amazing. I would ask questions via email and Mr. Sessums would respond in a timely manner to include after hours. He is also one of the most professional individuals I have ever known. His knowledge of the law is amazing. I would strongly recommend Mr. Sessums and his Law Firm to represent anyone involved in Family Law. You can not go wrong by hiring this Law Firm!!!

Amazing!!!!

Mr. Sessums is a highly skilled, personable and effective attorney. I used Mr. Sessums and his amazing team for a complex family law case and I was blown away with the communication, professionalism, dedication and results obtained. I have personally e-mailed Mark and his team late at night and ea...rly mornings and I always have a prompt reply. I was blown away watching him argue my position in court. He is confident, talented and knows the law inside and out. I felt bad for my opponents counsel at one point. Highly recommended!!!!!

In our complex case, the written positions Mark and his legal team developed to submit to the court were comprehensive and exceptional, and created the foundation for Mark’s skills in the court...room. Mark led and won our complex marital / estate case in Lee County Court against a talented legal team. That Lee County court decision was then appealed to the 2nd DCA where Mark and his team defended the appeal and achieved a unanimous decision in our favor by a three-judge panel.
