Exceptional Representation in a Contested Divorce

I cannot thank Sessums Law Group and Mr Sessums enough for the outstanding legal support during my highly contested divorce. From the very beginning, Mr Sessums approached my case with professionalism, strategic insight, and compassion. This was a complex situation involving not only child custody, b...ut also significant asset division that Mr Sessums handled every aspect with excellence. His paralegal, Vlada, was also very responsive and pro-active. Custody and equitable distribution were my top priorities, and thanks to his strong advocacy and understanding of family law, I was able to secure a favorable parenting plan that truly supports the best interests of my child. The asset division was contentious, but he fought to ensure a fair and equitable outcome, protecting what I had worked so hard to build for my children. Throughout the process, he was always responsive (responding even on holidays and off-office hours), well-prepared, and honest about what to expect. Divorce is emotionally draining, but having someone so capable and trustworthy by my side made a world of difference. I highly recommend Mr Sessums to anyone facing a contested divorce—especially one involving children and complex assets.

Family Law

Divorce and child custody are tricky. Unfortunately, I’ve been through years of court battles. I finally felt confident in my attorney when I retained Mark Sessums. He is the consummate professional, extremely savvy, and kept me on the right track. Mark not only handled delicate situations with fines...se, but also responded aggressively when needed. A New Beginning

Divorce

During my 4 yearlong divorce and custody battle Mark was always available to answer questions it did not matter Day or night Emails usually got answered within about an hour. Mark will not make promises, but he knows the laws and tells you what to expect and that was exactly what happed every time. T...he hardest time of my life and having an attorney and his legal team on my side always made it easier. Debbie his para legal disserves as much credit as Mark she was always available to help with phone calls and discuss our next step. When my ex-wife hired 2 different attorneys that had very little knowledge and would file motions just to spend money Mark and Debbie would always be honest with me and tell me if it was worth fighting or just let it go, Thanks again for getting me through 2 appeals and winning both and lots of hearings that overall, I definitely know I came out on top.

Great representation in a difficult divorce
