Great Attorney!

Recently, my collaborative efforts failed and I needed a divorce litigation lawyer. My collaborative lawyer recommended Mark Sessums. I live in another state and the issue was whether Florida had jurisdiction over my long term marriage that sadly failed. Mark Sessums and his support staff team, na...mely, Linda, are exemplary in their field of family law practice, and second to none. Mr. Sessums’ thoroughness, dedication and availability to me as a client, and command of the law were quintessential in the victory of my case. Not only was he devoted to defend me from an unjust situation and wrongdoings, his professional yet empathetic demeanor offered emotional succor to myself and those I care about most. Knowledgeable, Trustworthy, and Truly Cares!

I cannot say enough great things about Mark Sessums and his staff. I hired Mark 4 years ago to represent me in a child custody/child support case. My ex-fiancé and I were never married but I had been financially dependent on him as I was a full-time stay-at-home mom. As someone with limited resources... facing an influential ex with seemingly unlimited resources, I am so grateful to have been referred to Mark. Mark handled my case from start to finish through a long and difficult process. During the enormous stress of my case, the one consolation I had was knowing that I was in the best hands possible. Mark knows the law inside and out. His expertise, professionalism, integrity and honesty are unmatched. He was well prepared everytime we met and for every court hearing and mediation. I appreciate that he worked very hard for me behind the scenes, yet did not bombard me with a million and one emails. I was kept in the loop just enough throughout the entire process, and he always answered emails or returned calls in a timely fashion. If he was not available, his paralegals were equally reliable and available. I strongly recommend Mark to anyone who ever has to go through a divorce/custody case involving children. Besides being extremely knowledgeable and professional, he is compassionate and caring, and listens to your concerns as a parent. It will not take long after you first meet him to feel safe and secure, knowing that you are in the best hands possible and that your best interest is protected. He is always there to respond to you and offers an amazing support and assurance. He will always advise you to do the right thing and what is in your and your childrens’ best interest. It’s scary to think how different mine and my daughter’s life would be today if I had not hired Mark to represent me. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, Mark will be the first person I call. Choosing Mark to represent me in my custody/child support case has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my entire life. There are just not enough words to express my gratitude for Mark and his team. Mark Sessums helped me through my Divorce

Mark Sessums helped me with my divorce case, he was kind, understanding, and very efficient. I feel like I was represented very well in depositions and hearings. He made me feel comfortable and confident. If I ever need legal representation again, Mr. Sessums will definitely be my first call. His sta...ff was helpful, kind, and very patient. He won my case, got me everything I wanted and I know my ex wishes he called Sessums first!

Highly recommended

I found myself at a point in my life after counseling, therapy, and lots of prayers where divorce was the avenue for me to take. I hired an attorney and started the process to find out after tens of thousands of dollars and wasted time that I needed a different attorney. I began my research and de...cided I wanted to get the best representation possible regardless of how much it was going to cost. I spoke to retired judges, attorneys, and anyone who might know a bit about the divorce process. I was confident after research that Mark Sessums was my guy. Mark and his team were professional every step of the way. They showed complete loyalty to me and I truly felt his entire team was on my side. Mark and his team showed a personal interest in how I was doing through the entire process. All said and done my divorce was finalized effectively and efficiently. I spent far less on attorney fees than what the research indicated. I am usually not one to offer recommendations for people as people tend to surprise me daily but I would without doubt recommend Mark and his team, they are the best!
