Mr. Tischhauser was quick to respond to my inquiry and kind enough to really talk it out, even though I hadn’t hired him. And trust me, I had questions and concerns for miles. He explained several options and recommended I protect myself with council, which I have since done. In case anyone forgets, ...lawyers aren’t here to caudle us. You’re hiring someone to fight for you, not hug you. Mr Tischhauser is honest, knowledgeable, and to the point, which in my opinion are exactly what we as the general public should look for in an attorney.

He took a lot of time to address my concerns. He was not able to help me though because the deal maker was unscrupulous in pulling me into a deal that was not what it seemed on face value. The dealership overvalued my vehicle on the GAP plan via the NADA, so they ultimately didn't have to pay on the ...written value. Also, I never received the 2nd page of the GAP which states if I refinance even for a better rate they wont pay. Must be a dirty little deal between the dealership, Finance company & GAP.....BUYER BEWARE
