Criminal Defense Lawsuit

We had excellent criminal defense expertise and representation by Robert and Lindsay whereby a reasonable plea (regarding a DUI/Accident) was accepted by the Court. We would definitely recommend this firm for their professionalism, communication and hard work ethics to bring the lawsuit to closure....

Thee Best Law Firm Ever

They got all of my charges to be dismissed within a month. I was Charged with a burglary and a battery I was out on pre trial ankle monitor he handle my pre trial release officer he handled everything he was a real person really caring and genuine thank you so much Robert and Lindsay.

Great Office

In February 2023, we hired Robert Malove to appeal my partner's case after a shocking guilty verdict, on a case that had no physical evidence and so many things wrong throughout the case. So many bizarre things occurred, that resulted in her getting wrongfully convicted. Afterward, she felt desperat...e, and it was our decision to hire an attorney to appeal it, based on what was happening. Mr. Malove's team went right to work, and they reassured her they would do everything they could to help her. They put in several hours of their time and were always available if she had questions. In April of 2023, the judge sentenced the felony as withhold after she completes probation. Her worst fear, a felony adjudication, was off the table. Her original attorney agreed that they would take the appeal instead. They felt bad about losing and want to make it right. The case was not handled properly by the original attorneys, but we are hopeful they can win in an appeal. As such, we no longer required Mr. Robert Malove's assistance. They were nothing but happy for my partner and graciously refunded almost 85% of her retainer, unheard of. I highly recommend Robert Malove for any and all of your legal needs. The staff is amazing, something we don't usually get, especially during these times.

My teenage son made a very poor choice on Easter Eve with what he thought would be a funny "prank". Well not so funny whatsoever. On Easter my son was a nervous wreck and on his own accord called Mr. Malove. Not only did someone answer on Easter Sunday they took the time to speak with my son at great... length. The next day I called and spoke with Mr. Malove personally. What an amazing man. Completely took a mom's worry away and gave my soul peace of mind. He had a plan for each of the possible scenarios that could play out and I felt confident that whichever were to happen my son was in excellent caring educated hands. Everything appears to have worked out in my son's favor. Mr. Malove is an honest and extremely fair man, one of those stellar people that the world needs more of these days. I would use his services again and highly recommend Mr. Malove!
