We were worried; until we met Mr. Malove

We found Mr. Malove online and hired him. Over the past years, we have tried many different lawyers but Mr. Malove was the only one that showed up to court before us. His calm and confident manner put my mother's worry at ease. When it was our turn for our case to be heard, we were surprised to ...find out that the parole officer who told us she would request for an early termination and support our cause -- changed her mind. Even in the face of this, Mr. Malove somehow turned a 24-month probation with 12-months served into a successful termination. I am not even sure how that happened, or what happened, but my family and I are in a state of eternal gratitude.

He's the Best

Robert Malove is not just kind, caring, and professional but is also extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the judicial system. If you or your loved ones are facing charges, you'll want Rob on your side. He believes in the rights of his clients and defends them to best of his abilit...y, explaining all possibilities and outcomes so there are no surprises. He is prompt about returning calls, texts, and emails and seems to really understand how emotionally draining these events can be for his clients. He has great relationships with everyone he encounters including: attorneys, judges, prosecutors etc. His demeanor is confident and at ease whether in or out of the courtroom, and he is generally a really nice guy. The outcome of my case could have been much different but I believe Robert helped keep me out of jail and also saw to it that all conditions were as fair as possible. I now have a brighter future because of everything Robert Malove did on my behalf.

The Mayor in the Courts

When hiring a legal professional, an individual must do their homework, it's your neck that will be on the line. I had an alleged 3rd DUI that put me through rough times for almost 3 years, until I hired Robert Malove. My first attorney on the case, almost handed me over to the State. My second at...torney a Public Defendant, had little experience or fight, especially when the State turned the case from Misdemeanor to Felony DUI. Then, I hired Rob to take over the wheel. From the beginning, things started turning around, he commands respect in the court room, and knows people in the system personally. My case was not an easy one to work out, I made prior mistakes and hired the wrong people to handle the previous cases. One thing I must mention here is, if you're attorney is not willing to turn over every stone in your possible benefit, you've hired the wrong person. The State wants heads to roll, it is their ultimate goal. Unless of course, you have Rob on your side. He got a case that could have taken me through more difficult times, down to a result I can actually live with: 3rd Felony DUI down to Misdemeanor Reckless Driving. I also want to commend his partner Carlos, who assisted on the case along the way, it was a team effort. If you want the best possible outcome, and sound advice, this is the man and team to hire. You didn't just save me, you saved my family.

Outstanding Work!

Dear Robert, Thanks again for your outstanding work in this case. When we first talked about I didn't think there was much hope. It was a truly desperate situation, and I was just going forward on determination. But you were able to arrange things so that we could cancel a deal that I had been mis...lead by another attorney into signing. I was ready to start all over and risk going to jail in order to fight the charges. It turned out that you were able to get them changed to something I could live with, and more accurately reflected what actually happened. It was really a much better outcome than I was expecting, and I can't tell you how relieved I am. I've been so impressed by your diligence and professionalism, also that I could reach you when I needed to. I wish I could go into specifics, but keeping things quiet has been the point all along. I know many other people are in a similar situation. They have a legal problem that they need resolved efficiently and dependably, because the stakes are so high. Maybe they did something wrong, but not what they have been accused of, and because of one mistake things have gotten totally out of hand. They need someone they can depend on, not a lawyer who will take their money but who doesn't know what they're doing, or doesn't care.
