One of the very best in South Florida

Mr. Robert D Malove is one of the very best lawyers you can find in South Florida. He is not all about how much money he can get from his clients but truly cares about his clients well being and getting the best result on the case. I found David after having a running with the law, I was facing serio...us Felony drug charges and after many years in active addiction David was an angel sent from heaven. When I first stepped into his office I though we were going to sit down and discuss my case, like I have done with previous lawyers, but his first words were "We are going to save you from this disease" we spent some time talking about my addiction and how it had affected my life and then we got into the details of the case. David put me in contact with one of the best treatment centers in Florida told me to go take care of myself and he would take care of my legal problems. After 4 months of delegations David got all of my charges dropped but most important of all he saved my life and today I am a better Father, husband and son. Thank you Mr. David Malove for all of your efforts God bless.

Glad I went with Rob for my DUI

My case is still ongoing but the most damaging evidence against me has already been defeated by Rob and his team today. Carlos, thank you for attending all of those hearings and helping prepare my case. I can finally stop thinking about multiple nightmare scenarios and focus back on my career.

Excellent Attorney

Excellent Attorney

The "VERY BEST" attorney I've encountered! Sadly, I have had some experiences with other attorney's, privately paid and public defenders. I retained Rob for my son's cases. He had 2 separate, very serious cases, in 2 separate counties. Needless to say, at first I got caught up with the "no call back,... no answers, not enough time for you" attorney and a paper pusher public defender. Until I was referred to Robett Malove! My son had a first violation on his probation and a second violation on community control, both due to drug use. Both in two separate counties, with the prosecutor trying their best to drag it out and play hard ball. But Rob, his firm and Carlos were in top of it all, including a nerve racked (probably bothersome) Mom! I am so thankful for their expertise and patience! My son and I are very thankful and grateful for the results they got for him! ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever! Rob definitely knows what he's doing! And most importantly stays a step ahead by knowing the system and how they work! You won't be sorry if you hire Rob to be on your side!

DAVID AGAINST GOLIATH

It is with great pleasure and gratitude that I write this review regarding my personal experience after retaining the legal services of Mr. Robert David Malove and his brilliant legal team which includes Mr. Carlos, Attorney at law and Mr. James, Paralegal, who were always there to answer all my ques...tions. In 2006 I found myself in a car crash in Broward County, Fl. Although, no one was hurt and the other party wanted nothing to do with the accident and told the police they just needed to go on their way and they did… I was arrested and charged with: No proof of insurance, Fail to display registration, Too fast for conditions, DUI Property Damage/Injury and REFUSE to SUBMIT BLOOD/BREATH TEST for a second time within a 5 year period; Charge which demands severe time in jail. I felt I was not at fault and hired a famous law firm to defend me. They charged me an enormous fee and treated me like trash. They were not able to close the case, as I refused to claim myself guilty as they were begging me plea. From that moment on my life went on a downward spiral. Gradually I lost my Assets and even my job. The case remained open for ten years. The firm went out of business and left 2 attorneys, (a man and a woman) to conclude the case. By the seventh year, the state suspended my driver license and put a $50,000 Arrest warrant against me. I contacted the lady and she refused to help me. The other attorney, a young man, charged me thousands more and then, disappeared without doing any work. Leaving me with no money and no license + the warrants. By the tenth year, finally, God heard my prayers and I found Mr. MALOVE through the Internet. I set up an appointment and from the very first visit he was very attentive and was also, very considerate with his fees. Within a few days of retaining his services, Mr. Malove, had the state remove the warrants; Within a few more days he got my license re-instated. I did not even have to go to the DMV office because his office handled all of it. Shortly thereafter he was able to conclude the case with a very favorable resolution for me. Nearing a miracle, he was also, able to keep me out of jail. For his great work, my family and I are forever grateful. When I first read the letter from the state, showing: STATE of FLORIDA VS ME; I felt that a GOLIATH was against me. But, I thank God every day for sending me a DAVID to fight for my rights... If you are looking for legal defense, I highly recommend with confidence, the Law offices of Mr. Robert David Malove. I would describe him as an honorable caring gentleman who is an outstanding Attorney, a gifted negotiator who will restlessly work for your behalf. Sincerely, Grateful Al.
