Ok. So I hired this firm to help me in a discrimination case. I sent in my retainer paperwork and never heard back from them. I freaked out and cancelled the whole thing at the end of Day 2. Richard calls me the next morning to find out why i pulled out and I told him I hadn't heard back from the fir...m. He shouted it had only been 2 days, said this is not the firm for me and hung up. Ok. So first let me say this..... his contract says you have 3 days to decide. So make sure you are ON TOP of this. I'm glad I left because it was quite rude of him to call me in that manner. I think clients should get a welcome call and my opinion of that wont change. Instead of get upset, make the improvement. Look I cant recommend a lawyer that shows he could be short-tempered. I'm glad I went with another choice.
