I have never been treated better by a lawyer

The information he and his office passed to me was excellent. I also was impressed at the demand letter they sent out on my behalf. He set a deadline, meant it, then called to ask if I would accept a settlement.The office staff has been extremely helpful and believe it or not FRIENDLY! Yes he runs a...n aggressive law firm, but sometimes that is what it takes. I would without hesitation recommend him to family and friends and anyone who asked me if I knew a good lawyer.. I would no but I know a GREAT one :D Thank you to you and your staff

Excellent service and professional

I recently hired Mr Celler for a case regarding an employee. Mr Celler was extremely thorough and in depth in his review and services. The firm is very prompt in returning emails and phone calls and waste no time in getting your case resolved! Extremely delighted and will use this firm again.

Excellent Negotiator, Well Respected

Mr. Cellar's strength was his knowledge of my situation and the law. He negotiated confidently and vigorously, and ultimately secured a settlement above the expectations. The other attorney held his opinions in high regards.

unfair wage payment

very professional service kept me up to date and advised well as to my options in going forward . Staff was excellent in following up in very timely manner. Should the need arise again I would not hesitate to hire him again.

I wish I met him earlier!

I arrived in Richard's office from stumbling across his website at 3 am after a very long mediation session. I needed to make decision whether to take the offer that was on the table and a second opinion from a knowledgeable attorney was key. Richard answered my email at 5 am and met that very nex...t day!!. He reviewed my case in record time (he did his homework before meeting with me), explained my options and offered to stay in touch if I ever needed him. 2 hrs later, I left his office knowing what the right choice would be. My only regret was not having met him earlier as I am sure he would have negotiated a much better settlement amount for me. He and Kelly have a 10 in book. Great team work!
