I do not recommend or approve working with this office. I am very disappointed by this law office. After two years of handling my case, the best offer they gave me was $5,500 settlement. After facing retaliation, hunilation, and discrimination from my previous employer. Meanwhile their office acc...umulated 3x as much in legal fees. Totaling $14,500 in legal fees. Yet they expect me to be satisfied when their office made more than me for my case. It may allowed under Florida Statue. However after 2 years of handling my case. All they could win for me is $5,500 while they run up their attorney's fees. How I supposed to be happy about being low-balled by the attorney's? This was a big waste of time. $5,500 will not make any difference in the losses i took because the events that transpired. I should've went to Morgan & Morgan. The attorney is the only party's whole benefited from my struggle. After all that i have endured, such a low settlement will not make me whole. Two years of not being able to find suitable employment. Yet they only offer a settlement of $5,500. Sleepless nights, anxiety, constant struggling to keep with my bills. Due to my employer and now the Attorney working in tandem against me. I will never refer anyone to this office. Mainly because after two years and just $5,500. While this office walks away with 3x more than they won for me. A settlement of only $5,500 after two years is a huge slap in the face. I thought this was benefit your clients, winning 3x more than my settlement is not good business at all. I hope your office is proud of itself, because I have nothing good to say about your office.
