Richard celler's firm are unprofessional
Richard Celler and his firm are unprofessional. they try to get and easy settlement with a few phone calls. When the case gets complicated they will turn against their own clients and works for settlements that only benefit themselves
I have an ethical obligation here not to divulge the details of Ms. Locke's representation. However, the public filings on her case demonstrate what really happened here. In short, we do expect our clients to be truthful about the facts of their case. When we discover that a client is not being truthful, we have no choice but to withdraw as a matter of ethics and law. If anyone were to seriously consider this review, I would strongly encourage you to look at the docket in federal court as the judges orders and the filings are fairly detailed about how peculiar the conduct in this case was involving the parties. We always strive to do the best job for a client. But sometimes, circumstances prevent us from pushing a case along. This is one of those cases. If the facts aren't as presented, the lawyer is put in a tough position. We did our best to help Ms. Locke. Clearly, she sees it differently. We have to agree to disagree here. Best of luck and sorry you didn't have a good experience.

Dissapeared
The long story short is Mr. Celler doesn't talk to his clients except vie e-mail, He never advised me and when the apposing attorney dug in her heels, he dissapeared and I have not heard from his office in months. He only wants quick, slam dunk cases.
Hi there. Because this was posted anonymously, I have absolutely no way of being able to meaningfully respond to this. Of course we talk to our clients on the phone and of course we fight for our clients. Sometimes, the other side presents facts that don't permit us to move forward with a claim. If the client who posted this wants to call me to discuss, I am happy to do so. I think all of our other reviews and client comments accurately portray our firm.

Amazing! Attentive! Diligent!
From the second I spoke with Richard, he owned my case as if he were already hired. Extremely Helpful
I wasn't even sure I had a case regarding labor law and my rights, but after consulting Mr. Celler I was able to go back to my company and negotiate a very nice deal. Thank you!
