I wish I hadn't choosen this law firm. I only met the attorney once although he stated he would be working with me directly and all follow up has been through his bumbling paralegals. They are extremely slow with processing the paperwork and have often given me less than a few hours notice to gather ...the needed documents. I don't know which questions to ask beyond the basic & they have often just "sprung" information on me. Aren't attorney's supposed to advise a client on the legalities & proceedings in a timely manner? If I could figure out the bankruptcy process myself I wouldn't need a lawyer. Their fees are high for the average services they provide & they are one of the most expensive bankruptcy firms around as I found out later. I regret that I chose them for such an important life changing decision & wish I had the money to go elsewhere. I'm sure Chad would've been a great attorney if he had better secretaries and paralegals to adequately do their job but since I only met him at the initial consultation, I cannot say for sure. You have been warned.

Chad and his team took us through what may very well have been the most stressful time on our lives. We were faced with losing everything when we found Chad. To say that we are extremely satisfied would be an understatement. He clearly has worked in this segment of his practice taking note to not only address the needs of the law, but also of his clients. I am sure than anyone requiring his services will most likely be navigating our legal system for the first time in their lives on this scale/subject. That was the case for us. Chad can calmly explain the various steps and tailor it to your special needs. I give him my strongest possible recommendation and he has my sincere confidence that he can help any one maintain both their life and sanity.
