This past Friday I found Chad's law firm online. In less than an hour I chatted with a kind person on his website, and within minutes I had a consultation scheduled remotely with Chad Van Horn himself, all at no cost to me. Chad was better than on time for our consultation, but he called me early, as...king me if it was still a good time to chat. Well, from that first call to follow up digital document signing and paralegal support, I have been so impressed by every aspect of this process and the firm that he manages. I had a view as to how this meeting was going to go...uncomfortable, embarrassing, the last place in the world I wanted to be. And the meeting with Chad was actually a delight. Not what one would expect from someone who handles a high volume of cases, except for the fact that he was calm (calming), experienced and humble (a guy that looks like him and rides a Vespa scooter to court HAS to be confident...AND humble).
