I hired Mr Kingcade and paid him his flat fee. He did not help at all. He said I owed him an extra $800 . Which he never specified why. He put a lien on our condominium for those $800. I think he is the worst. I ended up paying him the extra $800 to avoid a more expensive legal hassle. I absolutely d...
