I highly recommended Mr. Kingcade and his firm.

I went to Timothy Kingcade after having two consultations with other attorneys in regards to filing for bankruptcy. The previous attorneys wanted me to file for chapter 13. Mr. Kingcade let me know in my consultation with him that I would qualify for Chapter 7 and he plus his staff would represent as... well as guide me every step of the way. Mr. Kingcade and his staff answered all of my questions plus concerns. The firm provided me representation plus guidance for the hearing with the judge for Chapter 7. I am very thankful to him and his staff for taking on my case. Filing for bankruptcy was not an easy decision to make but a necessary one. I highly recommended Mr. Kingcade and his firm.

Attorney Kingcade is awesome

Mr. Kingcade was very helpful thru the Legal process and answered all questions promptly. I must say a few ladies on his staff can be rude and bothered when asked questions. There’s room for improvement in this area.

Bankruptcy DONE

Timothy Kingcade was my lawyer and therapist he helped me through this whole bankruptcy. I was so scared and very nervous every time I needed insurance he was always there. from the first day I met him he said everything would be ok. I want to thank you every much you gave me my life back. and D...inorah paralegal was the best too. Every time I cried because i was so scared to go threw this she was there with hugs.
