I love my home of 19 years and want to stay & looking to find legal advise on a next step after the bank who holds my mortgage forclosed on me while I had a modif documents under review for refinance violating the LAW w/respect to 'dual tracking'. His response(paraphrasing) 'so are you saying the ban...k screwed up so bad you shouldn't have to pay on the loan and get a free home? '. I thought that response was a trigger response and since I have never spoken or met him before I certainly do NOT think it was constructive help, answered my question, nor was it what I asked, and an unprofessional way to handle a potential client who is going through the forclosure process. Since he has no idea who I am and my financial situation to remark in that matter. He was rude and I wouldn't hire him.
