Contacted them on 2 Contract Law issues. They were more than happy to take my $3,000 for Demand Letters. Still not entirely sure they sent them out. I made several phone calls after the 60 day waiting period to follow up on both cases .... nothing for a couple of weeks. Then I started getting emails ...in response to phone calls. The emails were along the lines of "file suit"?, and "I need to ask some questions on ....(case) .... when would be a good time/ day to call you?" Over 2 weeks later (after my any day, any time reply) and NOTHING! Further, last phone call I made my request for no more emails in response to my phone calls has been honored, but my request for an actual return phone call hasn't been. I guess if it isn't an Injury, Settle out of court, we keep 40%+ case, they aren't interested.

I sought out, through Legal Match, a reputable honest ethical attorney, of whom would take into account the voiced needs of my ongoing case. The automated e-mailed was sent out from this firm with a message that someone would be reaching out. They did, I conversed with a gentleman, of whom I though... was actually knowledgeable of the specifics about the multiple questions I asked. There were a few other conversations with representatives of this firm (non attorneys), they took messages, notes, forwarded calls, etc. I actually rec'd a vm from this firm for another one of their clients; not good. I explained my concern of this to them; they were not too worried about this mistake. They actually had my phone # attached to another client. This is a huge data entry problem. Onward to a couple weeks, still no answer from the "actual" attorney that had been assigned; although there was e-mail correspondence that was stating that there was one assigned. There were deadlines in place, that were stated in the very 1st conversation; no sense of urgency. Finally, I rec'd a call from Keenan. She stated that the assigned attorney was actually in the hospital on a emergency medical need. None of the communication that was spoken with the 1st person was ever communicated to anyone, so that I did not have to waste my time and $$$ re-communicating. Keenan actually called my from Mexico. Spoke with her about the whole ordeal and time sensitive deadline. Finally was sent documentation to pay the "retainer fee" of $2,925.00. I was NEVER told that there was a "ESCROW" account that this "retainer fee" was held in and that you had to continue paying ADDITIONAL $$$ outside of the ESCROW BEFORE they would do ANYTHING. The motion was filed. Many more things transpired, ultimately the Court decided not to move on the motion. I conversed electronically with this law firm upon receiving the decision via court coordinator. I was told that I NOW had to wait for the firm to do an audit of this case/account in order to receive the "ESCROW" funds back. As of today, 9-14-2022 no $$$ has been received back from this firm.
