As a previous client I can tell you that I am more than satisfied with the outcome of my case and the services that were rendered by Pozo Goldstein. In my view, my case for Citizenship was stacked against me, almost to the point of deporation. This did not occur and today I am a Citizen. I beleive yo...u'll receive the best that they can do in your case.

I called to schedule Pozo whom I knew from prior case with exellent results. Today when I went in I was greeted by Goldstein (IDK why) but the guy was uninterested, overpriced and careless to the point of not even asking the specs of the case. Came across as money seeking and nothing else. He came i...n, stated a price, and advised I needed to up front half of it without even asking if I was ok with number or if able to pay it. Not a person I wound entrust with a personal issue of immigration caliber. Nicer office from 10 years ago when I first met with Pozo, but heck of a decline in service. Not recommended. Mr. Goldstein, you arrogance cost you $4K in my case, plus all the future customers I will no longer refer to your practice.

I was referred by his review which they seem to be accurate but I have the worse experienced with him. First appointment charge me $2500 for just getting my record and gave me hope as we spoke first time then 2 or 3 month after I got a phone call from another lawyer from his office asking me about my... case which I explain all to Steven at first and which he gave me all the hope I can get. after that phone call I got very disappointed wasn’t Steve who spoke with me cuz that’s what I hire for. Time pass and no cal or any thing from them. I went to his office retreat my court paper and just call it loose.. please be advise this can happen to you Finally my money was taken from them for just a 20 minute interview with him to not do nothing.

If you are looking for a top-tier, professional law firm - the best money can buy - Seven A. Goldstein and associates is not a good fit. My girlfriend is transferring schools and needs to re-apply for a Student Visa. She is from Venezuela and her residency has been approved. But, she needs to main...tain her legal status for another year while she waits for her permanent residency status to become official. Going back to Venezuela is not an option as they may not let her leave. I called and explained the situation clearly and outlined that things were time sensitive. I also mentioned that I wanted the best lawyer money could buy. Marian, the receptionist, scheduled an appointment for two weeks from the date of my call. My girlfriend took the day off work. I took the morning off to Skype in from Silicon Valley. Ada Pozo was 25 minutes late. She walked into the conference room for 45 seconds, told me and my girlfriend that there was a mix-up. Wires were crossed and their end and they had scheduled an appointment for a marriage consultation. Before either of us could get a word in, she walked out. Marian informed us that their Attorney that handles Student Visa cases was out of town and wouldn't be available for 3 weeks. There wasn't even a hint of an apologetic tone, let alone an apology. When I reminded her of our situation, she was rude and dismissive. I could care less about bedside manner. I just want a law-firm that can keep my girlfriend in the county until her residency becomes official.
