Asked a question about difference between clemency and commutation of sentence.Did explain i was in contact with someone who was in prison who,s sentence was harsh. Answered my question but then proceeded to question my sanity by referring to me as a weirdo who writes to people in prison. Not exactly...
I never consulted with this individual. He posted a general question on AVVO about the difference between clemency and commutation of sentence because he struck up a pen-pal relationship with someone in prison. I answered his question precisely and more accurately than any of the other attorneys who commented.
