I put myself in a hopeless situation with the bad choices I made. Withouth Mr Hornsby's defense , no doubt I would be in jail right now. Instead I finished two years of probation and am now free to live and make better choices for my future.. After getting in trouble, he set me on the right path, ...giving me goals, a great game plan to fix the situation and it worked out perfectly. I feel I have a second chance to be successful and happy in life....

This was my very first expereince with the justice system and it was extremely helpful to have an attonery such as Mr. Hornsby who is very thorough and extremely knowledge of the law and will give you all detailed options for your case, he responds in a timely fashion either through e-mail or by phon...e, (same day). For myself it was extremely helpful to have Mr. Hornsby represent me in court as I didn't have to miss any work the only appearance I had to make was the last court date and to file all the paper work. This process can and was very overwelming to say the least and to have a very direct and very self explanitory attorney was extremely helpful.

Mr Hornsby is an experienced lawer who knows what he is doing. He took my case knowing that it would be a though one to beat. He listened to my side of the story and in the end got my charges severly reduced, I was originally charged with DUI, unlawful discharge of a weapon while holding a CCW permit... (felony), disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest. I was sentensed to wreckless driving and resisting arrest (misdemeaner). Mr Hornsby is not one who likes to talk alot. He lets you know when you need to attend court and he does his job. He comes off a little tough at times but is very honest. He proved that he is one to trust and he represented my case very well.
