I was VERY happy with Richard Hornsby. He gave me all the information/options I needed in order to proceed with my case. I found Mr. Hornsby to be a matter of fact, no nonsence kind of guy. After retaining Mr. Hornsby, he handled everything from appearing in court on my behalf to helping me get my... car back. The cost of retaing Mr. Hornsby was comprable to other criminal defence attorney's, but he never requested any additional monies as my case went on. The other attorney's I spoke with when looking for representation advised that additional monies would be collected as my case went on. I never had any surprises with Mr. Hornsby. He argued that I wound be a good candidate for a program called "pre trial diversion", so as to have my case dismissed. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
