I am writing this review prior to my final hearing because I want everyone to know that my opinion is not & will not be based on the outcome of my case. My view is based on the performance, professionalism, integrity, aggressiveness and my first hand experience with both Jonathan & Michael. My post d...ivorce litigation has been ongoing for almost two decades (unbelievable, I know). The hand I have been dealt is nothing short of a disaster/total train wreck....anything that could go wrong has....couple that with an unscrupulous former spouse (and an equally as unscrupulous opposing attorney working diligently behind the scenes....) and the "perfect storm" has been concocted. Jonathan & Michael jumped head first into what I would not hesitate to describe as one of the messiest divorce cases of all time! Given all of the obstacles (fabrications) and intentional delays the opposing party has thrown our way Jonathan & Michael's loyalty and dedication to my case never wavered. They are my heroes ~ they are a true Dynamic Duo!

Jonathan is a good person but failed me miserably. We were supposed to be looking for hidden money but he refused to depose anyone. Instead he asked some questions in a social setting to someone I wanted deposed. I provided all kinds of charts and information to indicate missing money every month,... but he totally ignored my efforts. My wife continued to tell the same lie about one chunk of money, and when I proved her lie he still ignored the fact that people lie for a reason. I do not think he ever believed me. The final dagger was our exchange of emails the day before we were scheduled for trial. Negotiations were so bad (she was getting everything) that I finally told him that I wanted to go to trial because I did not think that any Judge would see it the way he saw it. He told me that if I wanted to go to trial it would be without him,because he did to feel we would win. He told me to fire him and to tell the Judge anything I wanted. After years of dragging this on I could no longer afford to continue,and since he "dropped" my last invoice I did what he asked and agreed....to save my sanity.

From the initial consultation through the completion of mediation Jonathan carried through on everything he said he was going to do. Calls and emails were returned promptly. Meetings were set in quick action and were never cancelled or rescheduled. I never imagined the process could go from start... to finish in such a quick and efficient manner. And best of all, the final agreement was very favorable despite the complicated laws we were up against.
