BEST lawyer in Pensacola. HANDS DOWN!!!

Ms. McDaniel was the absolute best for my divorce case and child custody agreement. Not only was she able to get what I wanted in the divorce and custody, she exceeded my expectations by far. She is confident and knowledgable in what she does and I feel bad for any lawyer up against her! She understo...od that money was tight for me, and created a payment plan based on that. She is a true attorney that cares about your needs as a human being.I am proud to tell people she was my lawyer and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for an honest and hard working attorney…give her a call!

Not exactly what I was hoping for

Consulted with Ms. McDaniel-asked if I could bring my husband since my case involved him. Got some odd vibes from her regarding that, and after she reviewed my case, and asked us some questions and looked at records, she informed me that the only way she would be able to take my case was if I paid $1...0,000. Incredible. After my husband informed her there was no way we could pay that; she said she couldn't "rehabilitate" us, asked/excused him from the room, and then proceeded to tell me that my problem was him! While she did give some *very* good advice, (and some hard truths...ouch) the manner/demeanor that she put off did not give me the warm fuzzies. Perhaps if money was no object for me, I would jump at the chance to hire her. I wanted the consult with her simply based on all her positive reviews on Avvo, and her endorsements, AND her profile on the Florida Bar's website; so based off all that-I can see that she's a good lawyer; but I don't think she's going to be a good fit for me. So, my search continues.

In cases where a parent or step-parent has an extensive criminal history of sexual crimes against children, it is often impossible and always extremely time-consuming (and expensive) to rehabilitate such an individual's reputation. In cases where an individual feels they have been wrongly accused and convicted of sex crimes against children that they did not commit, it is equally complex, time-intensive, and expensive. In cases where there is more than one 'wrongful' accusation or conviction it is virtually impossible. Mary McDaniel

Incredible. Simple as that.

I met with Mary at the advice of a friend, and she has proven time and time again that she was the best choice I could have made. Sure, there are other lawyers, and sure, they can probably get you what you're looking for. But, there's something about Mary. My case started out so volatile, with domest...ic violence injuntions, mental health concerns (all stemming from my ex), and the well being of our four sons in the balance. She took all of my information and began to build a flawless approach to handle my situation. She also managed to handle such delicate matters with a grace most people don't associate with attorneys. I decided to go back on one of the actions we had put in place because well...I got soft for a second. Hahaha boy did Mary let me have it! She sat me down in that office and gave me quite a talking to. Why include that in a review? Because she didn't sugarcoat the situation and take my money. She cares about my story...she genuinely cares about my sons and I left her office that day with a new-found resolve. Divorce is a living organism. It grows, it changes, it evolves. It is hardly ever an in-and-out process, and when you add children to the mix it becomes that much more involved. The tone has shifted several times, mine and my kids' needs have changed considerably since the first day I walked through Mary's door. She has been there every step, eager to roll with the punches, and was actually relieved along with me when we decided to lay down our arms and consider mediation. She wasn't hard-set in anyone "going down", again because she genuinely cared for my family during this trying time. She even showed a glimmer of compassion for my ex wife while we strategized and restrategized. Don't get me wrong...she is one tough person. Definitely not who I'd want to be on the receiving end of. Not a chance! No matter your situation, Mary G. McDaniel is by and large the best thing going. She has my strongest recommendation as an attorney that can not only get the job done...but has an uncanny ability to keep you informed, comfortable, and at ease during the entirety of your dealings. I felt that way after the initial consultation, and have only become more concrete in those sentiments as we approach the completion of my divorce. Thank you, Mary!

Divorce Representation

Mary represented my daughter in a very contentious divorce. I greatly appreciated her aggressiveness in obtaining a fair and equitable resolution in this action. I also appreciated the care that she took to itemize the draws that were made on the retainer fee. She was invaluable in advising my daught...er on how best to respond to some unethical and perhaps illegal actions taken by the other party in the case.

Excellent legal work, great outcome, and positive attitude

More than just giving excellent legal guidance through my split, custody and child support issues, Mary McDaniel helped me keep my perspective and approach everything with my child's best interest in mind. It can be difficult when you're dealing with an ex to separate your (furious) relationship feel...ings from the task of co-parenting. Mary helped me reach a fair agreement and and set a positive tone for co-parenting in the future. I'm sure there will be disagreements as time goes on, but that we were able to put acrimony aside through the immediate legal proceedings sets the stage for success. I learned a lot through the process and am thrilled with the end result, and that is all to Mary's credit.
