I cannot thank Ms Ricci enough for her tireless and excellent work on my behalf. I was born in the Philippines and started in 2011 trying to obtain my US passport. I was going round in circles until in 2016 I came across an article in The American Legion magazine where Ms Ricci was featured in an a...rticle about foreign born vets who were trying to obtain a passport. Mrs. Ricci has assisted me two times since 2012. The first time she assisted was with my wife's immigration case.
