Mrs Ricci’s bio mentions her experience with complex cases and I can attest the statement is warranted. Being military stationed overseas presents its own unique challenges but Mrs Ricci surprised me with her availability. Responses were prompt and thorough and she was willing to explain time and a...gain until I truly understood the process. I felt confident my case was proceeding down the right path and was ultimately rewarded with that belief in the end as my wife completed her naturalization ceremony. However, the real reason I’m pleased to leave this review Is because at one point in my case there was a significant mistake made. We all make them and no one is exempt, but this in my opinion is why Mrs Ricci earned my 5 star rating. She immediately accepted responsibility and went into action correcting the issue. Not only was the potential impact of that negated, the personal resolution she offered was more than acceptable to me. In short, this is exactly what I wanted from a lawyer when I hired her. Without having any prior experience in this arena, I wanted someone who I felt was on my side, truly invested in my case and had an ear for my concerns. Being able to call my wife an American means more to our family than I could express and a large part of that is thanks to the relentless effort on Mrs Ricci’s part to make it happen. Having finished the process I can authoritatively say that she was in full command the entire time and well aware of the options available to me. Because of the geographical separation I was unable to meet her in person but even the first phone consultation eliminated that trepidation. She is personal, honest, down to earth and most importantly realistic. At no point did I feel surprised by times, fees or processes because I was prepared beforehand with realistic expectations. Quite clearly she knows how to navigate through this quagmire of immigration and having established my timeframes in an appropriate manner, I never felt something was taking too long or my case was falling behind. This is a testament because she did not feed me false hope and instead provided me with needed patience. I know choosing a lawyer can be a daunting task, but if you are interested in results you can have them by retaining Mrs Ricci. For the level of attention and care I received the fees were justified. Her office worked with me on payments in a way that allowed my case work to begin without tanking my finances. All in all, I feel as though a genuine, concentrated effort was put into making my family’s goal happen which is why she earned the accolades she has received. If you need assistance with immigration that feels too much to handle or too complex to figure out (which my case was), give Mrs Ricci an opportunity to act on your behalf.
