We are still in the middle of a court battle concerning a matter of child custody, visitation and child molestation. When we hired Nathaniel, we had no idea what might happen in court (as with any lawyer). From the begining he has been very open and honest with us. He presented himself very well i...n court at our first hearing and was very professional. My husband had full custody and his ex-wife was trying to get joint legal custody, just to have access to the childrens meds, Dr's, schools and choose when she wanted to get the children for holidays. She didn't want to see the children any more than she already did (even admitted it to the judge) but wanted to have control over telling us when she was going to see the kids and that she wanted access to their medication. Before this was brought to court, she was already being investigated by DFACS for sexual assault on her daughter, by her boyfriend (ex-child molester) and her. As for now, we have sole custody and he had all visitation rights taken from the mother until further investigation. My husbands children are now safe for the time being, because of Nathaniel. We go back to court after the investigation is done and hopefully everything continues to turn out well for the sake of the children. We were very impressed with the nature of Mr. Smith and how well he presented our case. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
