Attorney Terri Herron, took my case and I must admit that I was going through tough times. I was amazed during my consultation with her on how thorough she was in gathering all the facts and details and made me feel at ease during the process. Hired Terri for what I thought a simple case and something that could be handled in a timely fashion. I had to call back a month into the process to make sure that paperwork for filed that was not to my surprise. Requested a simple discussion on case planning and a timeline which was never shared... upon several requests. I think I paid for the simple but got a lack of communication.

When Attorney Herron takes your case she gives it 100%. She takes the time to explain to you the steps needed, how she will go about it and most importantly takes the fight to the other camp. Attorney Herron, took my case when I thought everything was lost and she fought along side with me every s...tep of the way and gave me the best possible outcome. She is a lawyer that treats you like a person, not just a paycheck. Her service and her team are excellent. She will not sugar coat things but will explain what is going on and what is going to happen next. I recommend her 100% all the time. She is an exceptionally good lawyer.

This has been the worst experience ever. I came to her last December to get an increase in my child support. Then in March when Covid hit they went missing. No updates! Finally in August I requested a refund for the difference in the retainer which was $1700. There was no replies to my emails or pho...ne calls. Finally spoke to her assistant Devon and he was no help. He told me that he had other more important cases they were working on and he will get to it when he can. September he finally requested to be removed from case. They were officially removed in October and I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve called them 3 times a week and get no call back or response to emails. I was forced to contact the Bar association which is still a process with Covid. I forgot to mention she filed a paternity case for visitation and child support. Paternity was already established as well as child support I just needed an increase. I am a single mother and took out a loan to pay her and now they refuse to refund me. She pretends to care in the beginning but she doesn’t. I have paid almost $1800 in fees for nothing. Now a new lawyer has to file for the correct type of case.They don’t return calls, emails and her assistant is Rude!!! Please beware of this Law Firm.

This lawyer failed to deliver direction and critical paperwork on our behalf which left us struggling with our custody case. We were not given a game plan and she told little truth about documents that were supposed to have been submitted. She will accept all praise and deny any responsibility for he...r failed actions. We lost precious time because of this. Everything was last minute and/or late without remorse or sensitivity to the fact that 6 lives would be impacted. She took no responsibility for neglecting our case and did not correspond with consistency. We were not given specifics to her method of charges and when firing her, we found more documents which did not get filed on our behalf (which she still denies), but expected payment for them. When she was approached with these known conflicts, she immediately became rude, defensive, dismissive, evasive, and aggressive. When her known mistakes were identified she would end the call abruptly during communication attempts. This does not bring pleasure to write this review, however, when mistreated, misrepresented, disrespected, borderline verbally abused and told several untruths on multiple occasions, something has to be said. Our balance on account (which we have receipts) was not refunded and I would not recommend her to anyone who I cared about. Unfortunately, I had this experience, thousands of dollars, and months later fleeting out of our lives during a global pandemic with our children. There are great attorneys and then there are attorneys that work for you. She is neither.
