TERRI WAS INCOMPETENT TOWARDS MY CASE LIKE IT WASN'T IMPORTANT TO HER SHE THROUGH ME ON THE BACK BURNER NEVER EXPLAINED ANYTHING TO ME, AND BARELY RELAYED ANY INFORMATION TO ME REGARDING MY CASE, NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS WHICH ULTIMATELY PUT ME IN A WORS...E SITUATION THAT I WAS ALREADY IN. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HER TO MY WORST ENEMY

I met with Attorney Herron on a Monday for an uncontested divorce. She had everything back to me in less than a week. My Wife signed the paperwork and less than two months later I was a free man. I didn't have to go to Court either. The Judge signed the paperwork. This was important to me since ...I work a lot. I appreciate her and her staff.

Ms. Herron handled my divorce 5 years ago. I called her up again because my ex-husband stopped paying child support. My ex-husband had a great lawyer and was known for throwing curveballs. With her intimate knowledge of the other attorney, she was able to prep my case. The moment she arrived at ...the courthouse, my ex-husband attorney wanted to speak to her before the judge called our case (asking to dismiss/settle), and Ms. Herron laid the law DOWN. She rattled off numbers, how many times we attempted to settle, how many times we have gave a continuance, and now they wanted to wait last minute to provide any documents. I walked out of court with an increase in my monthly child support, payment plan for the back child support, and the first of three purge payment was due in 30 days and I was even awarded back alimony (which I wasn't even asking for because I just wanted the child support) I didn't know whether to hug Ms. Herron, kiss Ms. Herron, or shout for joy---I did all three! I was an emotional wreck before court, and when I walked out I was shedding tears of joy! Ms. Herron was phenomenal. I could've asked for a better attorney. She is very honest, great listener, humble, and fights for her clients. She gives the best advice, uses her expert judgment and experience to truly explain the case to client as well as the Judge. Truly phenomenal!!!
