Don’t-WARNING!

If you are a single mom who is vulnerable and has little money, do not hire Justin. No contract, no work for me after waiting patiently for a year. He is in cahoots with defendants’ attorneys and always sticks up for the man, the defendant in his single mom divorce cases. He took my entire savings, n...o contract, he took advantage of me and hurt me financially. He refused to give me a refund and never did anything for me or produce an invoice justifying what I have paid in ADVANCE IN GOOD FAITH for. Only takes cash under the table. I know other clients of his, just like me, and he’s done it to them all. Thank God I had it and fired him before my court date. I truly believe he was going to ruin or sabotage me in court. I have only one chance to fight for everything I deserve, am entitled to, and qualify for, I got rid of hm before he potentially ruined mine and my child’s future.

Justin is experienced, knowledgeable, and sharp.

I highly recommend Justin Wyatt as a family attorney. I hired him to file a charge of contempt against my ex husband who had not paid child support in a year. He and his staff were always attentive, detail oriented, and quick to respond throughout the entire process- making the experience seamless an...d effective. They caught small mistakes in numbers and told me exactly what I could expect and represented me in the best way possible on my court date. I felt comfortable during what I thought would be an extremely unpleasant experience. They went above and beyond in so many ways and got everything they promised to do- including getting my attorney fees paid for. I have hired other family attorneys and will never hire anyone else again.

Good in the beginning, failure and NO SHOW when it counted

I hired Justin to represent me during my divorce. In the beginning, it was going well as he provided solid counsel and seemed to be very sharp, and all about doing the right thing and representing me in the best fashion possible. The large challenge in my case, was the custody of my child and doing w...hat was best for her, in conjunction with how the split of the proceeds would go as it related the marital home. As I am not a family law attorney, I expressed what I was willing to agree to, he carried my wished to the opposing lawyer and my now ex-wife and it seemed that everything was agreed to correctly. "MY" understanding of the language, as it was written in the divorce decree, was how it was supposed to go, per my request. Low and behold, I had to go to another lawyer to get some clarification of my decree, because what I understood the language to read per the decree (which were the steps I was taking) and what I was to do in efforts to obtain proceeds from my home to give to my ex-wife VS what/how the language in legalese read, was VERY different, and it wasn't clear to me what I was missing. Justin not only refused to go over and explain to me how the language was missed on his end, but became blatantly ignorant, rude, nasty and wildly unprofessional. His oversight of the document is now costing me $70K+ in real estate proceeds. His failure to provide thorough, legal council and follow-through on something as critical as someone's divorce, has had a huge negative impact on my ability to move forward with an investment such as how proceeds from my home will be divided. I recently asked again for his help and he simply said I will NOT. He won't even grant an apology for missing what should have been caught. But life is life and I have learned a great deal from this experience. One being, never to re-hire nor recommend Justin to anyone for family law services.

Terrible

He took my money. Signed a contract with me. Claimed I never paid him months later and withdrew from my case because I couldn’t prove I had a contract and paid receipt. After I found the contract and receipt, I gave it to him. He told me the retainer was non refundable, he wouldn’t give me an itemize...d bill, my file was closed, and Good Luck. Terrible. Stay away.
