I cannot recommend my attorney highly enough. I had retained Tracy Drake for a different case and while on first offenders, got new charges one being aggravated involuntary manslaughter by fentanyl overdose which is when I retained Scott. My only request throughout the whole process was to get a plea... that involved no custodial time. The final plea I received was 15 do 5. At court, to sign the plea he was able to get my one request granted and I ended up getting probation and house arrest which I’m extremely grateful for considering the severity of my case.
