He's fair, affordable and gets the job done!

I hired James to take care of some prior tickets in order to obtain my license again. It was a process at first to get all the necessary money together, but I did my part and so did he. Good Lawyer

I had an excellent experience with this lawyer. He handled my case and I didn't even have to be present. The best thing was that he got it dismissed and no court costs! Wonderful. Way to go Mr. McMinn!

Upfront and HONEST

My lead foot finally caught up to me. License permanently revoked, lost my company truck, and was feeling hopeless. Not only do I have an appt to get my license reinstated NEXT WEEK... I will no longer be on my previous provisional license!!! In awe!! If this man tells you he will do something for yo...u IT WILL GET DONE! So grateful!!!

Highly Recommend

I was referred to McMinn through a family member. I was worried about how the outcome of the case would go (DUI). McMinn made me feel more and more positive about the situation every time we met and when we went to trial he made it look so easy and I came out not guilty.
