Attorney James McMinn

I originally hired a different attorney that did absolutely nothing for me just wanted me to be convicted. I spoke with James Mcinnamon and he was very knowledgeable and offered advice that was very beneficial. He accepted my case and won. I recommend James to everyone. He is the best.

Traffic violations

I hired him for a 20 over ticket and for passing a school bus stop sign. For the speeding ticket it got dropped to improper equipment, and the school bus stop sign got dismissed. Needless to say he is a excellent attorney

Nothing but love for this man.

Mr. McMinn is a miracle maker! I was facing some pretty serious drug related charges that would possibly ruin my life. He not only got the charges dropped, but made sure to expose the injustice of the arresting officer. I trust him fully and will contine to use him as council in the future...not that... I plan on doing the same thing again. He was literally my get out of jail free card!

I've used Mr McMinn a couple times for dwi both times he got the cases dismissed. I'm very pleased with his service. Would use him again!
