I owe Mr. Mcminn my life. He literally took a very bad situation and made it GOLD. I lost my vehicle due to a DWI IN 2014. I thought I wouldn’t get my car back. I was treated unfairly by the police department and I believe that I was illegally arrested. James Mcminn was the only attorney that listened! I had a previous attorney that was trying to convince me to plead guilty so I went to speak to Mcminn and he stated that my case should go to trial.
