If you’re looking for an attorney who doesn’t care what you want and only cares about the money then hire David Bice. He was probably the worse lawyer I could have picked but in my emotional time I just went for the first person I found unfortunately. He was never fully paying attention to me and des...pite telling him the ONLY thing I cared about was my son during my divorce he kept trying to take me down unnecessary avenues. He was not punctual at all and several times it would be weeks to months before he would respond to my email or calls. I felt more like I worked for him instead of him working for me. In the end my divorce cost me over $25k when it should have been half that if he didn’t nickel and dime me. When I switched to a new lawyer for further matters, he took one look at our custody agreement and asked why my lawyer ever agreed to half the stuff in it. I regret ever going with David and highly recommend NOT going with him unless you just don’t care what happens.

We hired Mr. Bice to represent us in a difficult custody hearing of our granddaughter. He was very honest in telling us the situation may not go in our favor due to us being grandparents. However, during the process, Mr Bice not only bought out circumstances in our favor but fought for us all the w...ay.
