I hired her to work my case thru out the whole case she was trying to have me take a plea deal that would have me incarcerated instead of fighting & asking for a fine/probation then told me “I need to do my time then get out of Virginia for ever” she is a very rude & arrogant lady & if she doesn’t ha...ve her way she will under mine you in front of the Judge & move to try to get you arrested.

My husband is a truck driver and he got a ticket in Virginia and we live in North Carolina. The ticket was for 11 over the posted speed which is careless.and reckless in Virginia. Mrs Hicks did a great job communicating with me about what i needed to provide in order to help my case. She was a great mediator between me and the court and made it possible for me to schedule everything when it would be convenient for me, being that i am from out of state and had a 9 hour car ride... it was very important that i only made one trip and get everything settled in court that day and she made me that happen. thanks again!
