I obtained Ms. Hicks services 3 days prior to my court date for allegedly going 87 in a 70 zone in VA. Due to an emergency, I could not appear. She responded to my inquiry the same day. I never speed because I set my cruise control, but I just got on I-95N from Emporia, VA and somehow rolling down that hill along with traffic I was clocked at 82MPH.
