Excellent services for immigration application

Mangmang helped me on my EB-1A I-140 application, his team was fairly experienced and knowledgable on material preparations and timing control. We had a great communication on my case and his team was also ready to answer any concerns I had. I got my I-140 approved two days after submitting the mater...ials, it was amazingly fast. I would highly recommend his team if you are considering an immigration lawyer to efficiently obtain your permenant residency with a higher confidence.

Professional and excellent service for EB1A I-140

Mangmang and his team helped me throughout my EB1A I-140 application. They offer timely responses, professional work flow and organization, and many covered services at no additional cost. I started my preparation in mid August. With their clear instruction, prompt responses and timely drafted materi...als, we managed to submit the application in mid October for EB1A I-140 premium process. The USCIS received date was Oct 24, and approval date was Oct 27, surprisingly quick. My experience working with them was great, and I'm glad that I chose them. I highly recommend them for applying EB1A.

Not informed

We visited this office for legal advice on visa switch/green card issues. Even the organization of his "office" had nothing to do with a serious law firm. Furthermore he had not done his homework as he was advising without having read our case (type of visas we had, conditions etc). Furthermore he ad...vised that in case of a denied waiver (remove the 2-year home requirement for J-1 holders), you may reapply under the same justification. It is clearly stated at USCIS site that decisions are FINAL, with no right to appeal and you have no right to reapply under the same justification...Only in extreme (!) cases USCIS might (!) consider etc. Furthermore he did not provide any legal information/advise that was not already on the web page of USCIS or DOS and down the road we realized he was not aware of the routine our employer would follow to support visa switch.... His consultation fee was totally unjustified. We decided not to go with his firm for our case.
