Wonderful Law Group, Strongly Recommended

My friend (his case was approved in 2018) referred Dr. Cai and his law group (New Weiming) to me for my NIW petition. My case was just approved in Aug. Dr. Cai and his team have done a wonderful job in preparing the petition package. Strongly recommended.

NIW and EB1 cases

We started preparing the NIW and EB1 cases at the end of last year, and those two cases were filed early this year. Even since the beginning, Dr. Cai's team has been very professional and dedicated. For the document preparation, there were many details needs to be synced frequently, and everything is... orgnized efficiently. It was a great experience, and we appreciate all their help, and now NIW was approved. We are looking forward for the other case's result, and believe would smoothly work with Dr. Cai's team for next actions.

NIW approval after RFE, professional and responsive service.

We retained Dr. Cai's NIW service last May. They have been worked hard to work along with us from the very beginning and past the RFE phase. USCIS has been issuing the RFE without ground but I am happy that we have Dr. Cai battling on our side. This approval will not be possible without Dr. Cai and h...is employee's dedication.
