So clear, professional and competent.

Mr. Greenspun and his staff show their experience by being so thorough and prepared. He helped me anticipate any twists or turns that may have arisen, and set me at ease with his knowledge and professionalism.

Top Attorney in DMV

I was referred to Mr. Greenspun by a friend. Mr. Greenspun is professional, caring, and easy to speak to. I was facing very serious felony charges. Every single day for the past six months, that was all I had on my mind. I was afraid that I would be going to jail for a very long time. On the da...y of my trial, I was scared. When he told me that the charges were dropped, I was in complete shock. I couldn’t believe it was finally over. Sometimes it seems that lawyers aren't doing much, however, in Mr. Greenspun’s case, they're working harder than what we realize. It’s a trying time in our life but we need to be patient. He and his staff did an awesome job from the day I visited and hired them. Mr. Greenspun is Responsive, Reliable, Competent, Empathetic and an Excellent attorney, with your best interest in mind. The best criminal defense attorney hands down

If you need help with a criminal charge this is the law firm to hire. Never in my life did I expect to be in such a horrible position in the criminal justice system. I was arrested and held without bond for a felony and misdemeanor charge. Within hours of my wife contacting Peter and Muhammad the...y began working on getting me released. They were successful in getting me released the next day. They worked very closely with me and listened to everything I had to tell them. Peter asked numerous questions and made me feel at ease during the entire process. At no time did I feel like I was just another client they were simply collecting money from. During every step they kept me informed of what was going on, the conversations they had with the prosecutor, email traffic, etc. Peter also set very real expectations and didn't promise anything, yet at the same time still ensured me that he would do everything in his power. Peter is well known throughout the NOVA area and his reputation is well known. One of the things I really appreciated about working with Peter is that he never tried to force me to do anything, take any deals or pleas that I wasn't comfortable with. He always gave me options and let me make the decision with pros and cons for each decision. With a plea agreement on the table I still elected to go to trial. Peter was prepared. There was a lot of back and forth immediately before the trial and Peter was never once hesitant in doing this. I was facing 10 years for the felony and some more time for the misdemeanor. Peter understood all of this and was more than comfortable going to trial, especially given the circumstances of what transpired. In the end within 5 minutes of the trial starting the trial was stopped and Peter and the prosecutor left the courtroom, came back 5 minutes later and the case was dismissed. The professionalism Peter and his firm displayed is top notch. I hope to never use them again but if for some reason I have to I won't take a millisecond to think about who I'm going to call. Thank you Peter and Muhammad for all you've done for me and my family. I am grateful for you and giving us our life back.

Anastasia Is a Great Lawyer

Choosing to retain Anastasia at the law firm of Greenspun Shapiro for the purpose of handling a motion to amend my probation was a great choice. Recommended and Surpassed Expectations

From the start, I knew Peter was the right choice. I met with he and Muhammad and they immediately asked all the right questions and proceeded with focused advice. Peter had to navigate both the court and the media for me, reminding me often what should and should not be responded to. I never once ...felt unprepared for court appearances or questioned what would happen before the judge. He always prepared me for everything. He is sublimely knowledgeable, extraordinarily prepared...he is simply the best.
