Thorough & Well Respected

Our family needed a good defense attorney for our son and three friends recommended Peter Greenspun. His response was immediate, and pre-trial incarceration was avoided. Peter is very skilled at navigating the lengthy legal process and also advised helpful support services for our family. He negotiat...ed a fair plea deal which included most charges being dropped and no jail time for two charges in the plea agreement. The judge's ruling was a three-year probation sentence and counseling. Peter is well known and respected in the Fairfax County Criminal Judicial system. His greatest strength is in courtroom proceedings. He recollects and presents important details then makes compelling arguments to support his recommendations. Thank You!!! Thank You!!!

For four years my life has turned upside down from being accused of horrendous crimes I had not committed. I lost friends, was bullied throughout High School, was beaten up by friends of the accuser and then charged of horrible crimes. God was on my side and I was blessed to be represented by Mr. Gre...enspun, he believed in me. The materials and evidence collected, as well as the gathered witnesses were all presented at the court trial which resulted in a great outcome.
