For context I am a young girl and Mark took advantage of that. He charged an insane amount to help me with my wreckless ticket but I agreed to it so that’s on me. When I met him at court he lied to me and told me that he could get it off my record and all I had to pay was court fees. He told me word ...for word that it won’t be on my record. I was so relieved and happy I thought I got off scott free. Later on I go and check my public records and I admitted guilty to failure to pay attention. I’m not mad that I got that charge but I’m mad that he lied to my face and had me sign something that I didn’t know what I was signing for. Then, many months later after my court case maybe 6 months have gone by and he told me that I never paid him and that he will be taking legal action against me, a very threatening message out of the blue. I showed him my bank statement of me paying him before we even went to court and he didn’t even have the decency to respond.

Abrupt but does not waste time with chit chat. Billing accurate to minute and not rounded up. Yes, as reviews say, he is abrupt, but does not mince words. Honest and will not settle. He is a fighter. So if you want best and not fluff, hire this man! I’ve had 40 years experience with attorneys, he is... always prepared.

Simply put if you want the best possible outcome of your court case, Mark Dycio is worth every single penny spent. Dycio is unlike many lawyers that come off like cars salesman that try to sell you the dream and will be 100% honest with you. The 4 charges I was facing I thought I didn’t stand a cha...nge, but Dycio by some miracle got 3 dropped and 1 reduced to a minor infraction. At the courthouse you notice the other lawyers have a very high respect for Mark Dycio and I personally heard a few of them reaching out to him for advice. I truly believe prosecutors and officers hate to see him name next to any case they are working against. He may have a demeanor that comes off as rude, but you have to realize his no nonsense approach was earned not given and that his knowledge/relationships back it up. It’s like having Michael Jordan on your basketball team, you might suck but you know he’s going to do anything he can to win.
