Abrupt but does not waste time with chit chat. Billing accurate to minute and not rounded up. Yes, as reviews say, he is abrupt, but does not mince words. Honest and will not settle. He is a fighter. So if you want best and not fluff, hire this man! I’ve had 40 years experience with attorneys, he is... always prepared.

Extremely easy to work with. Sent our information, had a telephone discussion with Mr. Dycio, and he proposed a settlement with the best results we could have hoped for. Not the cheapest attorney, but we definitely got what we paid for. I would use Mark again if I have another traffic violation (b...ut praying that we don't, of course).
