He knew the challenge and the people and used that to his, and ultimately, my advantage in every way. While Dycio's firm is not the cheapest firm around, I do not feel like my money was poorly spent. Mark is a true professional and expert. Mark defended me on a case within the last week which I was charged for a DWI (2nd Offense) as well as a Refusal (2nd Offense).
