Mr. DCL is by far hands-down the best attorney in the state of Virginia! Everyone knows Virginia is extremely hard when it comes to reckless driving. I found out the hard way. Going nearly double the speed limit because I wasn't paying attention Mr. Dycio handled my case with complete professionalis...m. Because a reckless driving is listed as a misdemeanor I was on the verge of losing my job! Needless to say I know longer have to worry about that charge being on my record because I was found not guilty. He took the time to analyze the statute and get my case dismissed! TODAY I had my DUI(first offense) hearing. It was my fourth trial for the same offense and I was begining to doubt Mr. Dycios ability to get my DUI knocked down to a reckless without jail time considering I crashed my car. We ended up going into a cross examination with the arresting officer and th...e commonwealth prosecutor for just about an hour and BOOM, I was found not guilty and all charges were dropped.
