Mr. Dycio is by far the BEST attorney in the DMV area! He works diligently for each and every one of his clients. I was scared out of my mind when I was dealing with my issue but he assured me that he would take care of the issue and he did! He may not coddle you but honestly we really only care abo...ut the end result, that is what matters right? I will be sure to send anyone i can to him.

Mark is great. From when I got my consultation until the time i get my charge expunged, Mark is my guy. He kept me well informed all throughout the process while making sure he was well informed about my specific case. On what was supposed to be my third DUI felony offense, he initially dropped it do...wn to a misdemeanor 2nd offense DUI with a continuance...wouldn't give in to a guilty plea and continued again, and then while in trial, got my charge dropped down to a FIRST OFFENSE before GETTING THE CHARGE COMPLETELY DROPPED.

Mark agreed to represent me in what I thought to be a pretty "open and shut" DUI case. On the day of court I was offered a deal to reduce potential jail time. Mark approached me with the deal, and then looked at me and said "we're going to trial, and we're going to win." Rather than agonize ov...er taking the plea or going to trial, I trusted Mark and followed his counsel. It was the best decision that I made regarding my case (or maybe second to engaging Mark for representation). Mark was successful in defending my case, and I was able to go home for the evening rather than spend that time in custody.
